ICBC/Intranstech

ICBC and Intranstech formed a partnership to develop and commercialize innovative road safety technology. They required complete design and development of a novel patented friction sensor. The design required:

• Conceptual design and 3D CAD modeling
• Detail design and analysis (mechanical, electrical, controls, software)
• Development of custom software and communication protocols
• Testing and product validation (simulated cold climate chamber and real life in road)
• Set-up for outsourced manufacturing
• Deployment and maintenance of prototypes
